All of us will admit to yearning to be Dugg and Del.icio.us-ed, but one is inherently better than the other in the long term.  Performancing takes a look at the results of both and determines that Del.icio.us is better in the end.


I'd agree with #2 that people who are using del.icio.us are really bookmarking your site to keep, not so they'll impress their friends by getting to the front page of Digg.  Digg is a great way to see what's buzzing TODAY and del.icio.us is a great way to save a page forever.
