Knowing that their market is in high-quality career types that want to interract and build relationships with other execs and soon-to-be execs, Doostang's bloggers have taken to the road to build buzz at Yale's career fair.



Doostang clearly knows their target audience (young, smart, hip) and they know how to deliver an entertaining and informative blog.  Of course, making Doostang invite-only adds to the value of the employment opportunities found therein. 

I was invited onto Doostang late last year and while I've not been a very active user, I must admit a fascination with the jobs forums.  I often go and perfuse these high-level (gotta-know-someone-on-the-inside-to-even-get-an-interview) listings for jobs at companies like Microsoft, Google, Yahoo, Intuit, Apple, etc. and daydream about living on the west coast...
