Best For Networking
I found two to be helpful in networking, MySpace and YouTube. However, YouTube's community-styled site was most helpful in this respect. There are so many things distracting you on a MySpace page that your video is often overlooked. I have lots of MySpace friends, but only a handful commented on my vidcast.
YouTube's members responded much more to my videos. I got comments, most positive; friend requests; video responses; and joined video groups. None of the other sites I have been using have been helpful in this regard.
Coolest Feature of a Video Site
Blip.tv, a site created by vidcasters for vidcasters, is the most tailored to that community. While I appreciated the fact that they actually allow users to download videos for offline viewing (Revver, Grouper, Vimeo and Blip.tv all allow download, YouTube does not), their auto-post was most convenient. I was able to put in the login details of my vidcast's homepage and the content on Blip.tv was autoposted to that site. And, unlike so many of those autopost features, this one worked beautifully on the site, with no formatting errors.

If you want to connect on any of the above-mentioned video sites, MySpace, YouTube, Grouper, Vimeo or Blip.tv, feel free.
