Social Networking news and information

I know everyone is always down on TechCrunch's Arrington, and I agree that he does seem to take himself a little too seriously, but he's got probably the best Web 2.0 blog out there, so I have to give him and his crack team of bloggers kudos for that.  That said, ValleyWag's reporting major TechCrunch changes being announced today:


What will they name it?  EnterCrunch?  ExecuCrunch?  Both sound like a staffing agency, so hopefully they'll crunch up some other business-y word to come up with the name. 

Also via VW, they're naming Jennifer Rice as General Manager of TechCrunch.  She's a PR/Advertising consultant at present with ad agency experience.  It'll be interesting to see what she does with the brand, and with TechCrunch's day to day ops.
