One of the most annoying things I have to deal with in my life (other than this buggy RC1 version of Vista I'm working on) is setting up a meeting with more than one person. We may spend 2 weeks back and forth via email deciding on a time that is optiumum for all.
Lifehacker pointed me to Doodle today and I have to say I am mui impressed:
Everyone "votes" on the dates and/or times they're available. This Web-based app is a snap: After you set up your poll, you're given a link to e-mail to the participants. After they vote, you can see which dates/times are the "winners." Doodle is fast, free, and easy--just the way we like things around here.
So, go try out their sample meeting and see if Doodle could solve your meeting scheduling problems too.
