Josh Wolf will remain in jail until July.  A federal court refuses to believe he is a journalist. Josh is a video blogger (vlogger) who refused to give up sources related to a San Francisco anarchist protest in July.  He's been in jail for months now, and all because our government won't recognize him as a journalist.

Valleywag suggests this will be "the longest incarceration of a journalist in recent American history."  Of course, that's if you agree that Josh is a journalist.

Josh cannot accept videos in jail, but can read letters.  If you have a desire to send him anything, please let me know.  I can get it to the right people on the videoblogging list.
