Everyone in New York, in the nation even - was on notice today when SPITZER RESIGNED - I saw it on streaming video as it was happening and I was looking at my Twitter Feed as well - as a few others whom I know on Twitter were following the story.
I also wrote about a strange story that's circulating and finding a home on Facebook that SPITZER RESIGNS - some people think he was framed.
I wonder how much the nature of Social Networks and Viral communications have to do with spreading information so quickly.
