Just kinda wondering if you can decide issues in your life by asking enough people? I mean, the idea would be to explain it well enough that people could understand and decide to vote up or down on any issue.
But the problem is - it was hard to actually set something like that up - but now, according to Read/WriteWeb, you can Crowdsource Your Decisions with SocialThumbs
SocialThumbs nixes the "interesting" column and simplifies things by limiting scoring to plus or minus 5 -- where as de Bono's scoring system was arbitrary.

Ha, ha, ha ... can you imagine - but you'd really need to figure out how to present your idea to get the best and fairest vote - not sure how you do that.

Surely, it helps when you can add your own "pluses" and minuses (Pros and Cons) of your decision, and in real dilemmas you should have no problem stating many of these. Plus it's nice to get a personal Thumbs up or down right away.
However, it's not required.
The wisdom of the crowd can and will add pros and cons, and ask you questions.
You'll be surprised how accurate the results are when you remove the ambiguity.
You could start by providing the motivation or forces behind your dilemma. State some (hopefully not too personal) relevant facts that would help others see things from your point of view, and then just post your dilemma.
We have some example dilemmas that you can look at to get an idea...
