該機組是以普通羅茨真空泵為主泵，以雙級水環式真空泵為前級泵的自動啟閉，自動過載保護的成套真空獲得設備。
This unit is complete vacuum equipment which treats general Roots vacuum pump as the main

pump, two-stage water-ring vacuum pump as prepump to achieve automatic open, close and

overload protection. 

   它除了具有一般羅茨真空泵機組的一些特點外，由于采用水環式真空泵作前級泵，因此，它特別適用于抽除含較多蒸氣

及有一定腐蝕性氣體的工業流程中。例如：制藥業的真空蒸餾、真空蒸發、脫水結晶；輕紡工業的滌綸切片干燥；食品工業

的冷凍、干燥等工藝均可采用。

Besides having some features of general Roots vacuum pump, this unit treats two-satege 

water-ring vacuum pump as prepump, so it is specially suitable for industrial-process 

with a large quantity of vapor and some corrosive gases.For example:The process such as

vacuum distillization, vacuum evaporation, dehydration and crystallization in pharmacy, 

polyester chips drying in textile industry, freezing and drying in food industry could be adpoted.
